Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product meets the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and sealed in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • With no signs of use, damage, or tampering

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used, including supplements with broken safety seals.

Step 1: Request a Return

To start your return request, please contact us through our Instagram page.

You may be asked to provide clear photos or a short video of the product for an initial review.
Please note that this does not guarantee approval of the refund request.

Step 2: Return & Inspection

Once your request is reviewed, we will arrange for the item to be picked up by a courier.

  • The returned product must first arrive at our warehouse (this may take up to 7 days).

  • After receiving the item, our team will conduct a full inspection to confirm that the product meets our return conditions.

Step 3: Refund Processing

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within up to 7 business days after the inspection is completed.

If the Return is Not Approved

If the product does not meet the return conditions, you will have two options:

  • Return the item to you (additional shipping fees may apply)

  • Allow us to dispose of the product

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

  • Please ensure the product is properly packed before returning it.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds and may only qualify for exchange, depending on the case.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • With the safety seal intact

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplement containers cannot be exchanged or returned.
