1. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed before processing. Our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details.
Pulse Plus reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be confirmed.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is successfully confirmed, it will be prepared and processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed during official holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for new orders is typically 3–5 working days across Egypt.
Please note that Fridays and official holidays are not considered working days, and orders will resume processing after holidays.
4. Shipping Fees
The standard shipping fee is 85 EGP for deliveries across Egypt.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the correct address and phone number. Pulse Plus is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

6. Peak Seasons
During sale periods, high-demand launches, or restocks, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Pulse Plus also reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery service for customers with repeated failed delivery attempts.
