  • Inability to reach the customer for confirmation

We may offer secure online payment options through trusted payment gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Pulse Plus does not store or have access to your full payment card details, and all transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

8. Returns & Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned or exchanged.
